*Training: Food handling and control. This course is aimed at those people who work or want to work professionally in contact with food during its transport, storage, preparation, packaging, distribution and sale. It is a fundamental and mandatory training to avoid infections and poisoning that food can produce. From 9.15 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. in the SOM training room - Guíxols Development building.
