Healthy itineraries
Healthy itineraries. Walk through Sant Feliu de Guíxols where we will use the Nordic walking technique (we recommend bringing your walking sticks). At 5pm at the Urban Health Park of Sant Feliu de Guíxols in Plaça Miquel Murlà. The sessions are led by expert professionals. They are free and suitable for all ages and physical conditions. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring water to stay hydrated. If it is the first time you are taking part in the activities, you will need to fill out a registration form (which we will provide you with before the start of the session).
