Yoga and concert

*Yoga and mantra concert. From 7pm to 8pm on the stage of Sant Feliu de Guíxols beach in the Rius i Calvet area. Come and practice integral yoga adapted for all levels and for everyone. It will be a very complete session where you will find conscious movement and meditation with the Kirtan concert, chanting mantras. Necessary material: mat or towel.
