Confererence on food (in Catalan): Alimentació, cuina, salut i humanització by Wifredo Ricart, chief of the Endocrinology department of the Josep Trueta Hospital (Girona) and researcher of the Institut d’ Investigació Biomèdica (Girona, Idibgi).
