Healthy itineraries

*Healthy itineraries. Physical exercise session with the Fibromyalgia Association in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. At 8:30 a.m. Location: Sant Feliu de Guíxols Urban Health Park, in Miquel Murlà Square. The sessions are led by qualified professionals and are free of charge. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and footwear and to bring water for hydration. *Bibliomakers: “Creem escenes fantàstiques (Creating Fantastic Scenes) From 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Octavi Viader i Margarit Public Library. A series of 3 sessions held over 3 consecutive Thursdays. During this workshop, participants will create videos using Chroma Key technology. For children aged 6 to 9 years. Limited places available. 11th EXPLICA’M STORYTELLING FAIR 2026

 11th EXPLICA’M STORYTELLING FAIR 2026 – A weekend in the city with storytelling as the central theme, bringing stories to life for children, as well as for teenagers and adults. The city centre streets will host book stalls, illustrators, and artisan vendors offering products related to storytelling. The programme also features high-quality artistic performances in various venues for all audiences, family-themed activities, and much more.

Friday June 12th

 Itinerant opening show THE HARE AND THE TORTOISE. At 6 pm. Route: Monastery Square - Promenade. Performed by Teatre Nu company. For all audiences

 

Saturday June 13th

STORYTELLING FAIR. From 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on La Rambla. With workshops, book presentations, storytelling sessions, and book signings at the stalls.

World of Stories. From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Plaçeta Sant Joan. A play installation combining storytelling and games. Led by Kincakau. Collaboration: Octavi Viader Public Library. For ages 2 to 10.

Storytelling: “The Steadfast Tin Soldier”. At 10:00 a.m. in Carrer Sant Antoni. Led by Voluntaris Club de Lectura. For all audiences.

Face Painting Workshop: Become a Fairytale Character (fairies, dragons, princesses, fantasy animals, etc.). From 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Carrer Hospital. Led by MdeMonster and Dana Body Art. Price: from €4. For all audiences.

Show: “The Ocean Storm”. At 10:30 a.m. in Jardins Juli Garreta. By Fundació Alive – GALP Costa Brava and Empordà Mar. Collaboration: La Xarxa (Children’s and Youth Theatre Network Foundation). For all audiences.

Ganxona Giant Parade Gathering (Trobada Gegantera Ganxona). At 6:00 p.m. giant figures assembly in Monastery Square. At 6:30 p.m. parade begins. Micro-concert week

*Micro-concert week. Each concert lasts approximately 40 minutes. From Monday to Thursday, concerts at 6 pm and 8 pm. Friday at 5 pm. At the Auditorium and classroom 1.1 of the Music School. Free admission. Organized by the Music School.

Basketball closing party

*Basketball season closing party. For club members and their families. From 5 pm at the La Corxera Municipal Sports Hall.
