*Conference: From the sea to the heart: the nutritional value of oily fish. At 11am at the Octavi Viader i Margarit Public Library. Conducted by Josep Pont, nutritional consultant and trainer. We will discover the nutritional properties of bluefish and the benefits it brings to our health and well-being.
