-MIM Music and Movement. Mondays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (until 05/25/26). Led by Sofia Azambuja. The “Senior Music and Movement” workshop is designed for people who want to enjoy music through the body, in a friendly, welcoming environment full of positive energy. Based on a varied musical repertoire, the sessions focus on rhythm as the main tool, incorporating movement, play, and body expression.
