-Costume party for children. At 5.30pm at the Guixols Arena marquee. “L’hora de donar-ho tot” (time to give it all) performance by cia. Els Atrapasomnis. Suret will give some afternoon snacks for all children while stocks last. Free admission. Door opening at 5pm.

-Carnival Marching Band. At 6pm through the town centre. Length: 60 minutes. Organised by: Music School.

-Fat Thursday Party. At 10pm. Presentation event of the Carnival at the Guíxols Arena marquee. Inauguration speech by the Carnival’s representatives and the Carnival King 2026.

At 11pm Party by “The Txandalls + DJ KZU”. Ticket price: 6€ without drink. Tickets on sale online here and at the Tourist Office. Payments by card.

-Presentation of all the Carnival groups that will take part in the Friday Carnival parade and speech by the Carnival representatives and the Carnival King 2026. At 12pm at the Guíxols Arena marquee. Free admission. Door opening at 11.30 am

NEW DATE-Friday Carnival Parade. At 7pm. Parade of all the carnival groups with their floats and troupes. Itinerary: Girona road (crossroad with Joan Bordàs Rambla), Sant Joan square and la Rambla (crossroad with Passeig del Mar).  

There will be a free shuttle bus to go up to the Guíxols Arena marquee. Bus shuttle timetables:

From 8.30pm to 10.30pm. Itinerary: Monastery, stop at the Ronda de Ponent (near Albert’s pharmacy roundabout) and “Can Carbo’s” roundabout.

From 10.30pm to 12am. Itinerary: Monastery, stop at the end of Ronda de Ponent (near Albert’s pharmacy), “Can Carbo’s” roundabout, Baldiri School stop, Balears avenue-Sorli discau stop, Rufo street stop (pharmacy)
