Now in Juli Garreta Gardens) How is life in a market? How has it changed throughout the years? Is there still the tradition to buy at the market? What can we listen to every day at 12pm at the Market square? Who was Juli Garreta? How many sardanes did he compose and which are the most well-known? We’ll talk about the life in the market, Juli Garreta’s figure and the activities that are organised this year on the occasion of the Garreta’s year with Joaquim Rabaseda, curator of the Garreta’s year and Marc Coll, butcher. *24th Meeting of giants and big heads in Sant Feliu de Guíxols:

-At 5pm Giants on the Monastery square.

-At 6pm Starting of the parade. Itinerary: Monastery square, Hospital st, Sant Joan square, la Rambla, Anselm Clavé st. and Market square.

-At 7pm Demonstration of giants’ dances on the Market square and ending of the celebration. Free activity. Organised by: Colla Gegantera Ganxona.
