Opening of the Sant Elm Chapel

The Artists' Table

*The Artists' Table: The Vegetable garden and the Monastery. At 12 noon in the Monastery. Gastronomy from the vegetable garden combined with life in the monastery. In this talk, Joan Sais, a farmer with decades of experience in the area of ​​Pedralta, and Sílvia Alemany, director of the Museum of History of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, will explore the agricultural tasks throughout the year and life in the monastery, including the food that was consumed there. In March, vegetables such as onions, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, calçots, tender garlic, artichokes and celery are harvested, ideal ingredients for a harvest cake, traditionally made with products available in the pantry.
