Traditional parade of giants and big heads for the Festa Major. At 6.30pm. Route: Passeig dels Guíxols – Carrer Dr. Zamenhof – Carrer Sant Ramon – Rambla Portalet – Carrer de l’Algavira – Plaça Maragall – Carrer de la Rutlla – La Rambla – Passeig del Mar (pregó) – Carrer Capmany – Carrer Hospital – Plaça Monestir. There is also a photography contest. Take photos during the parade or the solemn ceremony and send them to collageganteraganxona@gmail.com by August 15th for a chance to win prizes! The photos must feature the giants and big-heads of Sant Feliu de Guíxols on July 31st and August 1st, as part of the Festa Major events. Each participant may submit a maximum of three photos.
